I have primarily provided in home services which has given me an opportunity to understand the unique dynamics environment influences the family unit. I am committed to providing tools to help individuals and families recognize their strengths and utilizing them to find their best selves, together. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and anger issues. I also have a passion for helping individuals with substance use issues and helping them on their path of recovery."

She enjoys working with the populations of veterans, law enforcement, and other related agencies. Ashton is certified in EMDR and Trauma training.
