"I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I have a Master's degree in School Counseling and also completed the required coursework in Clinical Counseling. I’m drawn to the mental health field because I believe deeply in the power of human resilience. Every person carries a story, and too often those stories are shaped by silence, stigma, or the feeling of having to navigate challenges alone. I want to be the person who helps break that silence—someone who shows up, listens without judgment, and helps others see the strengths they may have forgotten they had. I’m motivated by the belief that understanding and connection can change lives, and that with the right support, people can overcome obstacles they once believed were insurmountable. Being able to walk alongside someone as they rediscover hope and confidence is what inspires me."

"I am pursuing a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wayne State College. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2025 and am also working toward becoming a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I was drawn to the field of clinical mental health counseling through both personal experience and a deep commitment to serving my community. Growing up, I witnessed the impact that substance use and mental health challenges can have on individuals and families. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the importance of accessible, compassionate, and culturally responsive care. As an enrolled member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, I also recognize the significant need for more Native American and male mental health providers. Representation matters, and I hope to help bridge that gap by providing services that honor culture, build trust, and create meaningful connections with the individuals and families I serve."
