Our Family Services Specialists do some of the most meaningful work we do, supporting children and families where life happens every day. As a Family Services Specialist, you will work directly with children, parents, caregivers, and families to provide supportive, face-to-face interventions designed to strengthen families and promote positive outcomes. Much of your work will take place in the family’s home and community, allowing you to meet families where they are and help them build practical skills they can use in their everyday lives. Using a strength-based approach, you will partner with families to identify their strengths, build on existing skills, and develop strategies that support healthy family relationships and lasting change. This position requires regular travel to family homes and community locations, so a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Why COR? Your work has purpose.
