About Me
"I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2011 and have been providing therapy for over 15 years. Throughout my career, I have worked in private practice, higher education, and public schools, gaining experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life's challenges. These diverse settings have allowed me to help clients build resilience, develop insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. I became a therapist because I have a genuine passion for walking alongside people during some of life's most difficult moments. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, understood, and valued. My goal is to empower clients to recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop the tools needed to achieve lasting personal growth and positive change."
"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain."
