"I am an Administrative Assistant at the front desk in Norfolk. I have always had a strong interest in psychology, mental health, and understanding how the mind and body work together. During my undergraduate studies, I completed psychology courses, and the field has remained a meaningful interest to me ever since. I believe mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, and I value being part of a profession that supports and improves people’s lives in positive and meaningful ways."
